Hansen Talent Group is hiring an Account Manager to work with a great company in Columbia, SC!

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Respond to or initiates simple emails with employers, advisors or participants. Answers, returns or makes simple calls to employers, advisors or participants. Reviews and approves cashout distributions and loans prior to fund release. Resolves simple issues that prevent payrolls from being processed.

• Monitors and communicates to employers contribution rate discrepancies.
• Receives and forwards various forms to other internal departments (distributions, rollovers, beneficiary, SRAs) for processing.
• Prepare year-end valuation letter and work files for year end
• Assist client with account details and plan documents such as with payroll uploads and plan changes.

Qualifications:

• Background in customer service and/or account management
• MS Office, especially excel

Education:

Bachelor of Science, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance
