- We are seeking a skilled Program Lead [CDP] to join our team. The Program Lead will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and optimization of a (CDP) for our clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in CDP strategy, digital marketing, and a deep understanding of data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
- Develop and execute CDP implementation and optimization strategies
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of CDP solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CDP solutions
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Several years of experience in CDP strategy, digital marketing, or related fields
- Deep understanding of data management, including data modeling, segmentation, and analysis
- Experience with CDP implementation and optimization
- Excellent communication and consulting skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with agile development methodologies is preferred
- Proven track record of successful CDP implementations and optimization strategies.
