Job Summary: Kenny Kent Toyota Lexus has an opening for a part-time experienced receptionist. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, friendly, outgoing nature, energetic with the ability to multi -task and enjoy interacting with the public. The day-to-day duties in this role include answering phones, greeting customers, communicating with sales staff and waiting on customers and answering questions. This position will be every Saturday ( 8:30am - 5:00pm in Toyota and the next week 7:30 am- noon in Lexus) plus additional hours during the week. Those hours will be discussed in the interview. - Answer dealership group phones
- Greet and receive prospects and customers
- Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
- Work cooperatively with the sales team
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
