- Outgoing Mailings, to include tax forms, direct deposit forms, hourly work history reports, pension applications
- Data Entry, to include pension benefit screens, repository and indexing all documents.
- Process all incoming mail.
- Taking calls from members, assisting when possible
- Monitor Weekley reports, which include outside vendor reports.
- Review annual enrollment surveys, record necessary changes, update participant information.
