POSITION SUMMARY:This position will support the Supply Chain team's data management and analysis activities. Primarily focusing on the development and management of Supply Chain data including Pricing, Contracts, Request for Quotation, Change Management, Supplier and Item Master Maintenance, and Commodity presentations.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:- Support the Commodity leaders to develop and implement strategies.
- Development, maintenance, and analysis of commodity data to help drive material flow improvements and cost reduction across all commodities.
- Work with suppliers to confirm price and std lead times to update information in our system.
- Run and monitor reports to flag material flow, cost and other opportunities.
- Work with commodity manger to actively manage request for quotations, quotation responses, and supplier selection.
- Must be able to make decisions based on the information collected and be able to communicate this information as necessary to all appropriate parties both internally and externally.
- Must be able to maintain a high level of organization throughout all daily activities. To include, but not limited to, documentation of all verbal and written correspondence with others (internal and external), proper filing of such information, planning and scheduling of appointments and the coordination of such with others within the department and/or company, time management and the prioritization of tasks.
- Must be courteous and professional to others (internal and external). Must maintain a customer service attitude toward plant, supervisory, and management personnel to ensure that our ultimate customer receives the highest level of service. Must have the ability to interact with vendors, customers and others in a confident, professional manner.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's Degree is required or equivalent experience. Preferred to be in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering.
- At least 1 years' experience in the Supply Chain field.
- Must be able to handle multiple wide range tasks.
- Ability to work with computer-based information and systems, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Organization skills to support Sourcing Team.
