1. Level III- More than seven (7) years ofexperience working on complex projects with2 or more years in a leadership role as aBusiness Analyst2. At least seven (7) yearsexperience in agile, hybrid agile iterativesoftware development, product backloggrooming, contribut to road mapdevelopment.3. At least ten (10) years of experienceidentifying, documenting, creating userstories and validating business functional andsystem requirements across multipleprojects.Desirable Qualifications: Meets (Yes/No) If Meets identify Where, When and HOW, as applicable1. More than five (5) years of experience on projects analyzing, extracting, transforming,and documenting legacysystems' functionality, system logic, andbusiness rules2. More than 4 years of experienceidentifying, documenting and validatingsystem requirements on amainframe modernization project coveringmultiple complex functionaldomains.3. More than five (5) years of experience inwriting quality user stories, working theUX/UI designers, and participating inagile practices and ceremonies.4. More than five (5) years of experience ofworking independently in conducting the fullanalysis of a project.5. Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience utilizing requirements management tools similar to Blueprint or JIRA or requirements management tool
