Prioritized must haves for the Heavy Equipment Operator: #1. High school diploma or GED. #2. Must have a minimum of four years recent and related experience and/or formal vocational/technical training on heavy equipment. Each complete year of accredited college education in a related field may be substituted for the equivalent number of years of required experience.
Requirements for the Heavy Equipment Operator: - High school diploma or GED.
- Must have a minimum of four years recent and related experience and/or formal vocational/technical training on heavy equipment. Each complete year of accredited college education in a related field may be substituted for the equivalent number of years of required experience.
- Must have the ability to effectively read, write, and speak the English language.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Regularly required to stand, walk, and climb ladders. Frequently required to kneel, squat, bend, and reach.
- Must possess the ability to develop a positive working relationship with customers and employees.
- Must possess good written and verbal communication skills.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to pass criminal, drug, and driving screening.
- Ability to work outside in inclement weather as needed and be exposed to various dirt, debris, and odors.
- Ability to work any time or day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
- Must Possess current Commercial Driver License (Class A or B), if required for the equipment and vehicles operated, and maintain a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
- If required, ability to obtain and maintain security clearance and base access to assigned site(s).
Other Key Requirements: - On site role
- No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
- Work hours will be Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm.
