Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and ensure a positive experience from the moment they arrive
- Manage appointments efficiently, both in-person and over the phone
- Provide detailed information about our services and products
- Process sales transactions and assist with product recommendations
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care
- Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front desk environment
- Available to work Monday through Friday, with flexibility to accommodate occasional evenings and weekends
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Previous customer service experience required; sales experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
