LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Socorro, New Mexico.
Job Description & Requirements** Auto offer **Full Benefits Offered!Job Description:75 MILE Straight Line RADIUS RULE . Active NM or compact license.EXP: 2 years' experience current required in specialty. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment. Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment.CERTS: BLS certifications required. BLS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or client.EMR: EPIC experience preferred.SHIFTS: 8 hours (or plus) varied - starts at 8am - May fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. One 8 hour on call shift required per 6 weeks. Weekday and rotate weekends and holidays may be required. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts. Approximately 5 to 6 home visits per day.ORIENTATION: 1st week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training.Shifts: 8 hours VariedState License Details: Must Be Currently ActiveMinimum Years of Experience: 2Specialty: Hospice RN, Home Health RNGeneral Certifications: BLS/BCLS#HC RR - JG01
