  • Learn and become an expert on the various machinery used in the production of nitrile gloves
  • Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery
  • Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
  • Respond to emergency repair situations as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
  • Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies
  • Assist in developing and implementing maintenance schedules and procedures
  • Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability and efficiency
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with new technologies and maintenance techniques
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or similar role
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
  • Experience with preventive maintenance programs and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
  • Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
  • Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and automation systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions (standing, kneeling, climbing)
  • Certifications in specific maintenance areas (e.g., welding, HVAC) are a plus
