- Manage the full-cycle E2E recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and making job offers.
- Analyze the entire recruitment funnel in order to identify bottlenecks and expedite recruitment processes.
- Partner with hiring managers, being their focal point and trusted advisors.
- Keep an eye on talent market trends and provide valuable insights for decision makers.Requirements:
- In-house talent acquisition experience from a tech company, preferably SaaS (bonus points for fast-paced start-up experience).
- Deep understanding of the Israeli tech talent market trends.
