The Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective marketing and social media campaigns for our brand. You will be responsible for managing our marketing strategies and social media presence across various platforms, engaging with our audience, and driving brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and social media strategies aligned with our brand goals and target audience
- Create engaging marketing and social media content, including text, images, and videos
- Manage our social media accounts, including posting, responding to comments, and monitoring analytics
- Collaborate with the district advisor and financial advisor teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns
- Track and analyze marketing and social media performance metrics to measure ROI and identify opportunities for improvement
- Stay current with the latest marketing and social media trends and best practices
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, not required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing
- Strong, operational understanding of various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Experience with social media analytics tools
- Knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Capability to access military installations (DoD ID card holder) preferred
