The Hospital

An established veterinary practice is seeking a Medical Director (MD) to provide strong leadership and ensure the highest quality of veterinary medicine. The MD will manage and mentor associate veterinarians, maintain regulatory compliance, and foster a collaborative environment. Alongside the hospital leadership team, the MD will share responsibility for the financial health of the hospital, direct staff, and oversee practice operations. The role includes serving as a staff veterinarian in addition to administrative and leadership duties. Effective MDs exhibit strong work and professional ethics, a positive attitude, and a commitment to high patient care standards. They play a crucial role in shaping hospital culture and morale, forming the foundation of successful veterinary practices.
