Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead a migration team made up of ITSM supporters and a tech migration team lead.
- Planning, coordinating, executing, and leading client's Windows 11 migration project in the Americas regions
- Report to the Migration Lead Project Manager based at the client headquarters in Denmark.
- Join the group of deputy project managers responsible for similar client migrations around the world.
- Frequent weekly check-ins with the Lead Migration Project Manager
- Use and implement the methodologies already designed and tested by the Program to date.
