Our client, a leading law firm in Philadelphia, is seeking their next Human Resources Generalist to join their team! They are looking for a polished professional with comprehensive full-cycle Human Resources experience who is comfortable working independently and taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.About You3+ years of comprehensive, full cycle HR experienceProven experience with payroll and benefitsExperience using ADP softwareAbility to provide positive and low-stress onboarding experience for new employeesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlinesNo task too small mentalityExperience working with a benefits vendor is preferred, but not required.Either bachelor's or associate degree is preferred, but not requiredAbout the Job:Run full-cycle recruiting process for open positions, in partnership with relevant hiring contacts, which includes posting jobs, reviewing resumes, setting up interviews, extending offer letters, and managing onboarding processRun bi-weekly payroll processing across all officesWork with benefits vendor to manage all current employees elections and onboard new employees into benefits election processEnsure a positive employee experience for all staff, new and tenuredField employee experience, payroll, and benefits questions from staff, and address them promptly and appropriatelyAssist with ad hoc employee experience tasks as neededOur client is seeking a Human Resources expert to make an immediate impact and support their main office in Philadelphia, as well as their regional offices, with various HR functions. This position operates on a five-day, on-site workplace model, and candidates must be local to Philadelphia, PA. The role offers up to $38 per hour, depending on experience, with the potential to earn up to $80,000 annually if converted to a permanent position.
