Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Manager at Ainslie Bowery in New York, NY. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service department, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and optimizing service processes to meet business goals.
The Service Manager is responsible for supporting the Operations Director and Co-Service Managers by training, developing, and managing all FOH team members, managing day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards and conditions, and fostering a positive and humble environment. Ensure the entire space looks, smells, and feels great- lighting, temperature, restrooms, cleanliness, seating arrangements. Collaborating with the Operations Director and Owners on any aesthetic changes, among many items to reviewed in required weekly upper management meetings. Supporting the Beverage Director with brand partnership fulfillment in accordance with annual budget planning. Be adaptable in a fast-paced environment and proficient in various tech systems including Toast POS, Schedulefly, Google Drive, InDesign, and Microsoft platforms.
