Our client, Automotive Industry is seeking an Accounts Payable / Receivable to join their team.

Job Title: Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist (P2P/O2C)Location: Grover, NC 28073Pay: $30/hourAbout the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional with experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable to join our team. This on-site role in a manufacturing environment involves managing financial processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting the business with accurate reporting and reconciliation.Key Responsibilities:Accounts Payable (P2P):

  • Verify invoices by comparing charges to purchase orders and ensuring goods/services were received.
  • Analyze and resolve client/internal queries.
  • Payment authorization, processing, and reconciliation of accounts payable ledgers.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.
  • Prepare reports (MIS) and ensure compliance with enterprise resource planning systems.
Accounts Receivable (O2C):
  • Generate and verify billing/invoices for goods, services, and projects.
  • Process payments and apply them to customer balances.
  • Conduct receivables age analysis and reporting.
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger account compliance checks.
  • Participate in period-end close activities, including meetings with entity owners and Chief Accountants.
  • Prepare and publish KPI and GEMBA reports.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite, time management, and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge: General business knowledge, with experience in Accounts Payable preferred.
  • Environment: Must be comfortable working on-site in a manufacturing setting.
