Incumbents in this position will participate in research activities concerning biophysical properties of biological membranes and other soft-materials chemistry research. This position will also assist the PI in management of an undergraduate research group, for facilitating effective scholarly activities and group dynamics.QualificationsRequired Skills:A qualified applicant holds a Bachelor's degree in chemistry/biology or biochemistry and should be familiar with the differential scanning calorimetry, micropipet manipulation technique with inverted microscopy; Raman microspectroscopy; and surface and colloid chemistry techniques.
