Over time, that one article of clothing, created to celebrate love, has turned into a world filled with all things romantic, dreamy and drenched in optimism - from clothing to tabletop, bedding, swim, ski, travel accessories, shoes and more.ROLE OVERVIEWWe're looking for a hardworking and passionate Merchandising Intern to join our team this Spring.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLinesheet Creation and Maintenance:- Create the update the linesheet for upcoming markets. This intern will be responsible for the all linesheet management and daily upkeep. This requires daily updates and communication throughout the broader LSF cross functional team. - The linesheet is the number one tool the entire company uses to see what is going to be in the line and produced for the upcoming seasons- Intern will create a UK and EU pricing linesheet as well once the assortment is finalized- Little girls linesheet will also be a responsibilityAid with Merch Assortment, SKU, Style Count- Merch is responsible for creating the line with design and production and making sure we are staying on a production/ development plan for the season. - This intern will help track and update SKU and Style count documents on excel whenever neededWeekly Reports- Run weekly reports on Mondays and distribute via email and hard copies to VP of Merch/Buying and President.- Also analyze weekly reports to make sure all inventory is properly accounted for and did not fall off websiteTrend Reports- Follow each market closely and create trend reports from each of the markets( US & Europe) and present back market findingsSample Management- Make sure to help with sample management in season and with assorting. Ensuring all dropped samples are given to production and all current product is passed off to production/marketing/wholesale when needed.Excel/ Powerpoint Recaps:- Help aid with data management and input when creating retro seasonal reporting to share with the broader cross functional team
