Genesis10 is seeking a Financial Analyst for our financial services client in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a hybrid position requiring 2 – 3 days a week onsite in Pittsburgh, PA. This is an eleven month probable contract to hire position. Other locations – Lake Mary, FL or New York, NY.Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.Summary and responsibilities:Analyze financial statements, market trends, and economic conditions to assess our cilent's financial health and predict future performance. Evaluate historical financial data to study trends and patternsRequired skills Basic knowledge of mortgage-backed securities (MBS, RESEC, CMBS, MILN, ETC.)
