NON-EXEMPT POSITION DESCRIPTIONPOSITION: Surveillance Agent GAMING LICENSE: MGC Level 2PROPERTY: Caruthersville DEPARTMENT: SurveillanceREPORTS TO: Surveillance Lead POSITION SUMMARYThe employee in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. All employees are required to practice the customer courtesy skills to ensure our guests are afforded a remarkable experience. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe following statements are intended as general examples of the duties of this position and are not all-inclusive for specific positions.   • Ensure at all times operating principles are being adhered to:
  • Clean - Keep all areas clean and pristine.
  • Safe - Follow all safety policies and procedures.
  • Friendly - Use customer courtesy skills to provide superior guest service.
  • Fun - Have fun! Be interactive with all internal and external guests while maintaining professional standards.
  • Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.
  • Responds to calls requesting the need for surveillance coverage.
  • Conducts surveillance through the CCTV system utilizing the necessary equipment to observe, report and record procedural violations and unusual activities.
  • Communicates violations in a timely manner to appropriate supervisory personnel and follows up with accurate and detailed documentation.
  • Prepares additional reports when applicable.
  • Conducts digital video reviews as assigned.
  • Documents equipment malfunctions. Responsible for accurate and efficient operation of procedures within designated department.
  • Communicate (both written and verbal) with and promote positive team member and guest relations.
  • Maintain professionalism at all times when working with other team members and/or guests.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
  • WORKING CONDITIONS/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
    • Ability to use all equipment associated with the position, including, but not limited to, telephone, computer, copier, digital surveillance system equipment.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
    • Availability to work scheduled work days, 7 days a week, varied work schedules and holidays.
    • Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environment.
    • Ability to bend, reach, pull, push, kneel, squat and grasp as needed.
    • Must be able to work in station assignments with limited space, high volumes, diverse clientele, minimal and/or bright lighting and variation of climate control.
    • Must be able to sit for at least a full eight (8)-hour shift.
    JOB QUALIFICATIONS
    • Previous experience in casino surveillance preferred.
    • Knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Operating Systems.
    • Ability to read and interpret documents.
    • Vision must be correctable to 20/20.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Act with discretion and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain Valid Missouri Gaming license.
    • Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification.
    • Must complete all required company training.
