With top clients to boast about, Synechron has a global workforce of 14,500+, and has 58 offices in 21 countries within key global markets.Our challengeThe Actimize Case Management Developer will play a crucial role in the integration and enhancement of our Actimize platform, focusing on case management functionalities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Actimize development, experience with case management modules, and a deep understanding of financial regulations and compliance processes. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of the Actimize solutions.Additional InformationThe base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within New York, NY is $120k - $125k/year & benefits (see below).The RoleResponsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement Actimize case management solutions to support compliance and risk management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, compliance officers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Configure and customize Actimize applications, including case management workflows, user interfaces, and reporting.
  • Develop and integrate Actimize components with other systems and databases to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Participate in the testing and validation of Actimize solutions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues within the Actimize environment, providing timely resolutions to maintain system performance.
  • Document technical designs, configuration changes, and operational procedures for Actimize applications.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to Actimize and financial regulations.
Requirements:You are:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Actimize Developer, with a focus on case management solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Actimize platform architecture and case management modules.
  • Experience with Actimize configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations (e.g., AML, KYC) and compliance processes within the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with Java, .NET, or other programming languages for Actimize development.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
