Reports To: Director of Prevention Services and Director of Operations Pay Range: $60,000 to $67,000 (*based on city, state and/ or federal contractual obligations and budgetary allowances)

POSITION SUMMARY: The Assistant Program Director will be responsible for assisting with the supervision of staff, coordination of programs within the OASAS and Prevention departments, identifying programmatic needs, supporting strategies associated substance misuse prevention, ensuring quality and completion of required OASAS documentation and deliverables in accordance with contractual obligations. In addition, the Assistant Director will provide support and guidance to staff related to assessing the needs of at-risk participants, such as child neglect, physical abuse, sexual abuse, unmet emotional needs, stresses of childcare, drug/alcohol abuse, attitude towards violence and peer pressure. Employees are responsible for complying with all UAU standards.
