Learn more about us: www.condairgroup.com We're hiring several Quality Team Members at our brand-new facility in Chester. Description The Quality Control Team Member works under the direct supervision of the Quality Control Supervisor. The incumbent will be responsible for the following daily responsibilities: Document quality checks and maintain records.Ensure compliance to company standards and specifications.Use measurement tools to ensure product specifications are followed.Perform quality inspections across assigned areas of inspection on both raw, in-process, and finished goods.Evaluate raw, in-process, and finished goods, noting any relevant deviations from Condair standards.Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency.Report safety issues.Identify areas for quality control improvement and communicate with management accordingly. Essential Job Functions: Must exhibit strong working knowledge of products and manufacturing processes.Must be self-motivated; ability to work with minimum supervision.Must have basic math skills.Must have good attendance.Must have good and effective communication skills.Ability to read, comprehend and write.Ability to interact with other employees.Must be able to complete basic forms.Requirements Education or Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)1-3 years previous experience in quality.Must lead by example in all areas (procedures, policies, motivation, attitude)Maintain a friendly and customer service-oriented approach to co-workersInternal communication is required on a daily basis with all levels of positions. Communication requires moderate tact and cooperation to convey basic facts Key Abilities: Attention to detailStrong working knowledge of various mathematical concepts, including fractions, ratios, and proportionsAbility to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionallyPandoLogic.
