Job Title: Manufacturing EngineerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer who will design products that meet management specifications with optimum manufacturability and minimal risk. You will work closely with the Manufacturing team to develop methods to take products through the entire manufacturing process. Additionally, you will program engineering-related software to work with customer inputs for manufacturing purposes and control internal and customer-supplied drawings, specifications, and other engineering-related documents.
Responsibilities- Design products that meet management specifications with optimal manufacturability and minimal risk.
- Collaborate with the Manufacturing team to develop methods for taking products through the entire manufacturing process.
- Program engineering-related software to work with customer inputs for manufacturing purposes.
- Control internal and customer-supplied drawings, specifications, and other engineering-related documents.
- Improve processes and conduct analysis and design.
- Assess stress calculations, soundness of design, manufacturability, and risk.
- Troubleshoot installment issues with all manufactured products.
- Understand automation and product configuration, project management, SQL, Driveworks, and variable-driven methodologies.
Essential Skills- Experience with SolidWorks for design.

Additional Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or a minimum of five years of experience in engineering or a related field.
Work EnvironmentOur work environment is characterized by frequent proximity to moving mechanical parts and moderate to loud noise levels. The employee will spend 10-15% of the time on the floor with shop personnel and 85% in a desk role. Physical demands include regularly sitting, using hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, and talking or hearing. Occasionally, you may need to walk or stand, crouch, stoop, kneel, or crawl, reach with arms, and lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. We encourage continuing education through courses and training annually, with reimbursement options available.
