Job Type Full-timeDescriptionKey Responsibilities:•Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.•Oversee and organize the executive's calendar by scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating travel plans. Arrange personal travel, bookings, and manage lifestyle requirements.•Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence, responding on behalf of the executive when appropriate.•Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for internal and external meetings.•Coordinate and facilitate communication between the executive office and various departments.•Organize and attend meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.•Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and other financial documents.•Support the planning and execution of events, conferences, and special projects as needed.•Manage a team of 3-6 employees at the house to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the household, overseeing daily tasks, coordinating schedules, and maintaining high standards of performance and organization.RequirementsQualifications:•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required).•5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.•Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools.•Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and prioritize tasks effectively.•Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.•Proven ability to manage sensitive information with integrity.•Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Preferred Skills:•Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.•Familiarity with CRM software and office management systems.•Strong writing and proofreading skills.•Experience managing personal tasks and private affairs of executives.Work Environment:•Office-based with occasional remote work opportunities.•May require occasional travel to meet executive needs.Salary and Benefits:•Competitive salary based on experience.•Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and responsible time off.•Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
