The Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care of patients. The staff RN utilizes the nursing process by use of technology, therapeuticintervention, evidence-based practice and coordination of care with other health team members.

Shift Details: Full time, work schedule 7 days on 7 days off. Monday through Sunday 8PM-8AM overnight coverage.

Unit/Location: Coverage for Utah County and Heber areas

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current RN License in the state of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance
  • Effective Communication Skills – Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Experience: RNs with less than 12 months of experience as an RN must complete their BSN within five years of their start date.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • One year of RN experience in Acute Care, Home Health, or Hospice settings

  • Ability to see and read information, labels, and patient records
  • Manual dexterity to operate complex medical equipment, including frequent use of computers for documentation
  • Ability to lift, transfer, and transport patients of varying weights
  • Ability to navigate patient homes that may include stairs, uneven surfaces, or crowded environments
  • Ability to drive a vehicle for home visits, requiring clear vision and good hand-eye coordination

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
