As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, this role will have a hands-on approach to all the recruitment functions. Lead and processes full life cycle recruitment functions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, pre-employment processing and on-boarding, organize hiring virtually and in-person events and actively participate in college fairs and external hiring events. Build and maintain collaborative relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and cross functional partners to best meet the recruiting need of the business. Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to understand staffing and operational needs to develop recruitment strategies to source and secure qualified candidates. Advise on overall hiring process, job requisition details and creation, and effective candidate assessment/interview techniques.
