The client is dealing with mobility issues, short-term memory loss, and general weakness. The caregiver will be responsible for providing companionship, assisting with mobility, preparing meals, reminding about medications, and offering transportation to medical appointments.Responsibilities:
- Companionship Care: Engage with the client through conversation, hobbies, and activities to enhance their emotional well-being.
- Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare meals that cater to the client's dietary preferences and requirements.
- Medication Reminders: Remind the client to take their medications at the prescribed times.
- Monitoring Mobility: Assist the client with movement, making sure they are safe and supported while walking or transitioning from one position to another.
- Transportation Assistance: Provide reliable transportation to medical appointments and other necessary outings.
