Campus Recruiting Coordinator - New York Role Overview: BAM's Campus Team is responsible for recruiting best-in-class intern and grad level talent globally across our investment, data, technology and business and operations teams. We are seeking an ambitious, intellectually curious, and enthusiastic Campus Recruiting Coordinator to join the team in our New York office. The Campus Recruiting Coordinator plays an integral role in the team's overall success by partnering with Campus Recruiters through full-cycle recruiting processes and campus event planning initiatives to identify and hire top early in careers talent. Responsibilities: •Facilitate full-cycle, multi-stage interview processes, collaborating closely with candidates to own interview scheduling and logistics•Maintain accurate and timely data in our applicant tracking system•Collect and process interview feedback promptly and with discretion•Program management coordination including orientation, teach-ins, team travel logistics, catering, and all other aspects of event planning•Assist with performance program management by coordinating reviews and tracking overall intern and graduate performance•Coordinate Summer internship programming and experience management•Collaborate with Recruiters on data analytics to shape informed, data-driven decision-making•Identify workflow inefficiencies and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes•Understand key stakeholders' objectives, develop business insights and confidence to interface both internally with clients and stakeholders and externally with candidates and university partners•Attend on campus events on ad hoc basis Qualifications and Skills: •Bachelors degree with strong academic record•1-3 years of prior work experience; previous experience in a coordinating role or similar is preferred•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills•Ability to multi-task, pivot seamlessly on shifting needs, and prioritize time effectively to complete projects within deadlines•Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate the need and take direction to drive solutions•Excellent analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-through•Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel required; knowledge of PowerPoint a plus•Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus
