Job Highlights

  • Supports the property manager (PM) by repairing and maintaining the physical conditions (which meets building codes and those standards imposed by HUD and other housing regulatory agencies/commissions)
  • Ensures that work orders are managed through the Yardi software system and that they are completed within 24 hours of submission
  • Ensures that systems are in place or created to maximize resident and employee safety and health, and to preserve the physical assets
  • Seeks opportunities to enhance communications and to build collaborative relationships with regional property supervisor, fellow colleagues, maintenance technicians and vendors

Pay Rate

$30.41-$33.00 per hour

Candidate Profile

  • At least 3-5 years of direct experience in property management and related fields (construction and acquisition/renovation) required
  • Proficiency in the use of computers and mobile devices, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Yardi financial reporting software
  • Knowledge of HUD regulations, forms, inspection criteria/processes, and the low income housing tax credit program as they relate to physical assets and customer service
  • Ability to travel by plane and automobile may be required
