Job Highlights

• Helps people onto transporting devices such as wheelchairs and secures them in place
• Physically handles patients with care at all stages necessary to avoid pain and prevent injury
• May be called upon to move specimens, equipment, medical records, lab results, and mail
• Answers basic questions such as directions and offers friendly greetings

Candidate Profile

• One year of experience in a healthcare setting required
• Must have strong customer focus, excellent communication and time management skills, and compassion
• Must have current CPR or BLS (Basic Life Support) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
• Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds
