Key responsibilities include performing clerical duties to prepare patients for visits, managing payments, scheduling appointments, and compiling medical records. The MA also assists in gathering data for tracking and performance improvement activities. Additionally, the role involves providing timely and accurate laboratory services, both on and off-site, while maintaining laboratory equipment, supplies, and records. While certification as a Medical Assistant is not required, candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant MA experience.
