We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a pivotal role in scaling our dynamic team. If you have experience hiring across US and European markets, excellent English proficiency, and excel in negotiation and onboarding candidates promptly, we want to hear from you!

Role Overview:

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring we attract and secure top-tier talent who align with GUAPI's culture and goals. Your expertise in interviewing, negotiation, and quick candidate availability will be instrumental in building our team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
    • Proactively identify and source candidates across the US and Europe through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of top-tier talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Candidate Screening & Interviewing:
    • Conduct thorough interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Manage multiple interview stages efficiently to provide timely feedback to candidates and stakeholders.
  • Negotiation & Offer Management:
    • Lead offer negotiations to ensure candidates accept roles promptly.
    • Communicate employment terms clearly and address any candidate concerns to facilitate smooth onboarding.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
    • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
    • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights.
  • Onboarding Support:
    • Ensure new hires are prepared to start promptly by coordinating with HR and other departments for seamless onboarding.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience:
    • 3+ years of recruitment experience, specifically targeting US and Europe markets.
    • Proven track record of securing candidates quickly through effective negotiations.
    • Experience recruiting in the fashion or retail industry is a plus.
    • Skills:
    • Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal.
    • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and sourcing tools.
    • Personality:
    • Results-driven, adaptable, and proactive.
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
