Our client in Milford, NH is looking to bring on a Manufacturing Engineering. This is a direct hire opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Involved with MFG production flow and process improvements
- Create and maintain work instructions and manufacturing specifications
- Identify and recommend methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate production process and evaluate potential changes
- Oversee the CNC, Welding and Fabricating departments
- Perform job quotes
- Write methods for machining, welding fabricating.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in either Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
- 7+ years working as a MFG Engineer or Process Engineer
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban and 5S
- Work Schedule: 4 day work week with Fridays used for overtime
- Knowledge of Machining
- Knowledge of welding and fabricating
- Strong background in Solid Works, Mastercam
