MAU is hiring an HR Operations Support Specialist for our client, a leading automotive company in Greer, SC. As an HR Operations Support Specialist, you will provide essential administrative support and coordinate various HR activities. This is a long-term contract position.

Shift Information:
- Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED (associate degree preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in office management or administrative support, ideally in Human Resources or manufacturing environments
General Requirements:
- Proven ability to manage tasks independently while handling confidential information
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong track record of providing exceptional customer service
- Proficient in computer applications and software
Essential Functions:
- Organize and maintain departmental files, meetings, emails, workshops, and productivity improvements
- Generate ad hoc SAP/ADP reports, manage office supplies and equipment, coordinate PC rollouts and replacements, and arrange Associate travel
- Enter and maintain data in HRIS/SAP systems
- Provide HR system data for plant and external reporting requests
- Ensure accurate and timely vendor payments, track expenditures, and manage requisitions and purchase orders
- Oversee records retention compliance as the Iron Mountain records management representative
- Scan and electronically file documents related to benefits administration
- Process legal documents related to benefit programs, such as QMSCOs and court requests for medical coverage
- Process benefit terminations in a timely manner as required
- Coordinate the distribution of files to vendors supporting benefits programs
- Process life claims with insurance vendors promptly
- Research SAP data to ensure accuracy of entry and related elements
- Perform additional duties as assigned
