Role Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Sage Legal Group. This is an on-site role, based in our Shorewood, WI office. Our office hours are 8:30am-5pm.

As the Receptionist at Sage Legal Group, you will serve as the welcoming voice and first impression of our firm, representing our values and commitment to clients—both current and future—when they reach out to us. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in strengthening our team and ensuring we consistently deliver on our promises with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professional Phone Management: Answer and direct calls with compassion and efficiency, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly and with care. Address initial questions and schedule appointments as needed.
  • Warm Client Welcome: Greet clients in person and over the phone with kindness and professionalism, ensuring they feel valued and at ease from their first interaction.
  • Efficient Scheduling: Manage appointments and maintain (at minimum) three attorney calendars to optimize availability while prioritizing clients' needs.
  • Communication Management: Handle emails and other correspondence with sensitivity and professionalism, directing inquiries to the appropriate team member or providing helpful initial guidance.
  • Document Preparation Assistance: Support the preparation and organization of administrative documents with attention to detail and accuracy.
