Client Overview: Apparel company that has become a staple within the fashion and retail industry.

Position Overview: Seeking a warm, service-oriented individual to work as a Showroom Receptionist/Office Assistant.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct all visitors including vendors, clients and customers
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the receptionist desk and manage visitor logbook
  • Order office supplies and keep track office supply inventory, including service calls for office equipment like copiers, computers, phones, AC etc.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings • Keep updated records of office expenses, costs and petty cash. • Manage and maintain the vendor list for service-related communication. • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and scanning • Work with Sales and Production department to manage the order processing procedures • Customer Service for E-Commerce clients

Receptionist Requirements:

  • 0-1 years of related Reception and office assistant experience in an apparel industry
  • Strong technical skills; proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Experience in Exenta/Simparel is preferable
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Service-oriented, helpful demeanor, exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt and thrive under pressure
  • Positive team player
