Shifts: 4am-4pm & 4pm-4am (Rotating Shift of 3 days on-3 days off then 4 days on then 4 days off) *Supervisors do not rotate from days to nights*

The largest of the MPD businesses, Swan is based in Centralia, IL and sells through traditional wholesales, Ecommerce and Retail channels. Swan's major product lines include Veritek, Veritek Pro, Swanstone, and Nextile.

Job Description:

The Production Supervisor for Swan is a key leadership position where the individual leads 40+ personnel in the manufacturing of Compression Molded parts utilizing 22 Hydraulic Presses. Responsible for maximizing the safety, operational efficiency and growth of their department. The Swan business is poised for outsized growth and is seeking developmental leaders to learn the operation and help us take it to the next level.

Organizational Structure:

As a Production Supervisor for Swan you will report directly to the Production Manager. As a Supervisor you will lead two Team Leads, Senior Operators, Operators and 40+ employees. As a Production Supervisor you will work closely with your shift's Tool & Die team, the Quality Assurance Team and the Maintenance team to ensure your shift is prepared to win the day.

Location / Travel:

This position is based in Centralia, IL and is not expected to travel unless for specialized developmental opportunities. You will be based on one of the four shifts that run our plant 24/7. This will include nights and/or weekends.

• Drive profitability growth through efficiency improvements to lower the cost of manufacturing.
• Champion Preventative Maintenance to limit downtime. Our presses are the lifeblood of Swan and we must have them all in the best possible shape.
• Champion the Employee Experience by developing our personnel into professionals that can have a great career with Swan.
• Champion Swan's Customer Experience mentality that drives improvement based on Customer needs which may include innovation in how we produce, how we package, our quality and our delivery methods.
• Leadership: The Buck stops with the Production Supervisor. You will lead the biggest department of the Swan Operation and our success depends on your success.
