Are you a motivated individual with a knack for logistics and a passion for optimizing warehouse operations? We are seeking a Inventory Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and information within our warehouse. This position requires physical capability to climb ladders and move heavy parts as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load production schedule requirements into our ERP system and maintain data integrity.
  • Analyze and review requirements for manufactured parts.
  • Release work orders to Production Stores for timely processing.
  • Monitor shortage and on-hold reports, expediting material shortages as necessary.
  • Track project progress and assist in weekly inventory cycle counts.
  • Collaborate with Production Stores to resolve backlog shortages.
  • Identify and address scheduling issues as an interdepartmental liaison.
  • Coordinate engineering change activities across departments.
  • Work with supervisors and engineers to troubleshoot workflow challenges.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Planning to establish priorities.
  • Monitor on-time delivery performance and develop cost estimates for manufacturing.
  • Assist in implementing engineering changes and developing manufacturing plans.
  • Prepare presentation data for monthly operation reviews.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Preference for a 4-year degree; candidates working towards a degree or holding a 2-year degree will be considered.
  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and strong arithmetic skills are required.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
