My client is seeking a Property Management Specialist (Residential) to join their Midtown NYC office. This role offers hands-on experience managing daily operations, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and supporting property management excellence.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee tenant communication: Act as the first point of contact for tenants, answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Manage work orders: Generate, track, and update work orders while maintaining accurate data entry.
- Support operational tasks: Coordinate meetings, manage correspondence, and prepare mailings to keep property operations seamless.
- Collaborate with the Property Manager: Assist with property maintenance coordination, address tenant needs, and ensure a positive tenant experience.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience: 2-5 years in residential property management or a related field.
- Tech-savviness: Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management platforms is a plus.
