Job Summary:

Anita Ko seeks a full-time in-person Office and Logistics Assistant to manage daily office operations and support the logistics/customer service department. This role involves overseeing office administration, enhancing employee experience, and assisting with e-commerce fulfillment and shipments. Ideal for a professional adept in people management and organizational skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain valuable experience in logistics and office administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office activities, including maintenance and vendor visits. Coordinate with other assistants and delegate tasks for timely event completion
  • Manage and maintain office, and shipping supplies. Ensure all departments are consistently stocked in collaboration with team leaders
  • Assist with e-commerce fulfillment, working with the Logistics Director to enhance customer experiences and provide support to the team
  • Handle customer service tasks such as order repairs, client communication, and act as a secondary checkpoint for e-commerce fulfillment
  • Collaborate with team leaders on resource allocation and workflow efficiency, identifying and addressing inefficiencies to improve operations
  • Perform errands including mail collection, shipping/receiving, and lunch orders
  • Oversee packing and shipping of outbound packages, ensuring adherence to security and quality standards
  • Serve as the primary contact for site visitors, guests, and external vendors, and manage office phone calls
  • Assist in the planning and organization of events and meetings
  • Open office daily

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation to and from work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
