We are currently collaborating with a prestigious asset management firm in search of a Salesforce Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering enterprise infrastructure, applications, and related end-user technology services across all business groups, serving approximately 5,000 users.
Responsibilities:
Technical:
- Possess experience in implementing Salesforce for Wealth Sales teams.
- Maintain strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders and technical professionals throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with business teams to research the capabilities of existing or potential technologies.
- Work closely with the technology team to troubleshoot production issues.
- Understand and manage the configuration of the Salesforce instance, providing technical and functional support to all organizational levels.
- Take ownership of assignments, ensuring proper support for tickets, enhancement requests, and project work.
- Continuously seek to improve technical skills through independent research and professional development.
- Analyze, design, build, test, and document Salesforce objects while adhering to departmental standards.
- Evaluate business requirements to maximize the effectiveness of system capabilities.
- Contribute to and ensure the effective design of all major modifications.
- Design flexible, scalable solutions based on business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs.
- Troubleshoot issues using various debug methods.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Salesforce application functionality and self-educate on new features.
- Create complex ad hoc queries for data analysis, troubleshooting, or data conversion purposes.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data; summarize findings, and provide conclusions and recommendations.
- Master new technologies as required by specific assignments.
Communication:
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, conveying complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing within the Technology Team.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with business units, demonstrating a sense of urgency in responding to their needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with the following:
- Salesforce toolkit and Force.com platform technologies within Sales Cloud: custom objects, controllers & triggers, Apex classes/test classes, Process Builder, Workflows, Visualforce, SOQL, SOAP/REST-based web services.
- Web services API integrations.
- Strong analytical skills: Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data; summarize findings, and develop conclusions and recommendations.
- Proficiency in using SOQL query tools for data research.
- A self-starter with the ability to take initiative and proactively address tasks.
- Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of tasks.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels of the organization, including management and end-users.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Deep knowledge of DST/Transfer Agency and data transformation/reconciliation processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce.com Platform Developer Certification.
- Salesforce.com Administrator Certification.
- Experience with Agile software development methodology.
- Familiarity with Lightning Web Components.
- Expertise in Salesforce Flow.
- Knowledge of Workato, FISDX, Intralinks, Loopio, Seismic, and Jira.
- Experience with C# development.
- Experience creating Azure applications.
- Experience developing web-based technologies such as JavaScript, JQuery, dynamic HTML, and XML.
- A degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
