A Day in the Life of the Client Success Manager

As a Client Success Manager, you will be the central point of contact for clients with serious injuries, helping them navigate the claims process with care and efficiency. Your role will involve collaboration with pre-litigation attorneys to manage high-value claims while delivering top-notch customer service. This position is vital to ensuring that clients feel supported and valued throughout their legal journey.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing empathetic and exceptional customer service to clients recovering from serious auto accidents
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, addressing concerns, and guiding them through the claims process
• Ensuring that clients' electronic case files are accurate, detailed, and compliant with firm policies and industry standards

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher education
• Proven professional with 5+ years of work experience, excelling in roles such as sales, paralegal/legal industry, management, etc.
• Professional experience leading and motivating a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing customer service and client relationship management
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Personal Injury Law experience or an eagerness to learn about it
