Growing Engineering/Surveying firm seeking a Director of Survey Operations in their South Bend, IN office. The Director of Survey Operations will need to be a Licensed Land Surveyor. They are open to individuals that are licensed outside of Indiana and will help with Indiana licensing. Must be a strong leader and a progressive thinker with ideas to build upon the department and company. This role will oversee all Survey crews, documentation and operations. The Director of Survey Operations is a senior leader within the company and had the voice to make a significant impact.
