Rohadfox Construction Management is looking for a Field Projects Control professional to assist our client with their Data Center Construction projects. located at our Clients' facility in Lenoir, NC. This is a full-time position and relocation assistance will be considered for the right person. Pay rate is commensurate with level of experience. All benefits are included as a Rohadfox employee.

Position Overview

The Project Controls (FPC) professional will oversee cost, schedule, and risk management for assigned data center construction projects within the East Region of the United States. This role ensures compliance with industry best practices, such as AACEi or RICS standards, while collaborating with key stakeholders, including the world's largest search engine company's representatives, general contractors, and vendors

** Key Responsibilities will include:

• Commercial Management & Estimating - FPC is responsible to ensure project cost planning & estimates are delivered in accordance with specifications, processes, and industry best practices as defined by AACEi or RICS

• Change Management - FPC is responsible to ensure project change management is delivered in accordance with specifications, processes, and industry best practices

• Project Progress and Invoicing - FPC is responsible to ensure project progress and invoicing is delivered in accordance with specifications, processes, and industry best practices.

• Risk Management - FPC is responsible to ensure project risk management as related to any owner risk that may lead to a cost & schedule impact is delivered in accordance with specifications, processes, and industry best practices

• Conceptual Schedules - FPC is responsible for establishment of preliminary conceptual schedules in accordance with specifications, processes, and industry best practices

• GC and Baseline Schedules - FPC is responsible to ensure the GC creates a fully integrated baseline schedule that meets contract scheduling specifications and industry best practices

• Schedule Reporting - FPC will monitor and report project status to the project manager and within central reporting systems per the defined processes and format

• Schedule Analysis - FPC will take a leadership role and regularly analyze the schedule, provide an independent analysis, verify completeness and accuracy, and confirm compliance with requirements and industry best practices.

Additional

• Support additional activities as below or may be requested may include:

1. Actively support term sheet process and reviews at the site/regional level.

2. Capture Lessons Learned and benchmarking metrics for future reference. At project closeout, work with onsite vendors to provide Client with final as-built data analytics to support program benchmarking.

3. Propose, initiate, and implement continuous improvement to increase efficiency and impact.

4. Ensure key leads are well versed in managing multiple stakeholders.

5. Keep full and proper records of all meetings and negotiations attended or conducted on behalf of Client

6. Initiate, lead and drive kick-off or onboarding sessions with GC's at the beginning of each project to ensure project control and accounting requirements are understood. Coordinate with Clients' RPCG and Program team for support and participation.

7. Support key regional deliverables and initiatives as requested by rPCG, this includes, but not limited to (DC Stat, BDP ingestion, publication of regional reports, narratives, earned value refinement,

Educational/Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

• 7-10 years of increasing responsibility in a similar role

• Certifications such as PMP, AACE Certified Cost Professional (CCP), or RICS accreditation are highly desirable.

• Advanced knowledge of project controls software such as Primavera P6, SAP, or similar tools.
