Job Summary

  • The Supply Chain Analyst will oversee and execute the inventory planning and tracking of open PRs for multiple categories and customers. Will manage the PSI process and collaborate with Demand Planning, Sales and PM to order inventory based on final monthly forecast. They will build relationships with overseas factories to gather information about lead times, the future of the portfolio, and track incoming inventories to minimize aged inventory, will also work with Asst Manager Supply Planning on weekly reports for the team.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Lead Bi-Weekly Vacuum Cleaner and Monthly Retailer.com Purchase Plan meetings to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize risk with PM, PD and Sales teams.
  • Review current month sell-in to create weekly Purchase Plan. Review future PRs and make decisions to ship or hold depending on current inventory position.
  • Liaison with the Amazon team for inventory, warehouse operations and inbound priorities.
  • Key participant in the monthly S&OP process as per the monthly cadence
  • Assist warehouse team by creating warehouse inbound/outbound forecast to measure space utilization
  • Owner of Supply Planning Reports: Weekly Cancellations, Monthly Shortage and Inbound container list
  • Owner of allocation of shared inventory to different customers
  • Other Duties assigned

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in Supply Planning and/or Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems, statistical forecasting tools)
  • Business acumen and partnership
  • Problem solving skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Internal and external customer service orientation
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty
  • Problem solving and decision-making
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
