What You'll Do:
- Plan & Execute: Lead the coordination of conferences, board retreats, and community engagement events that inspire and connect.
- Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution.
- Innovate: Infuse fresh ideas into our events, keeping them engaging and aligned with our mission.
- Manage Budgets: Oversee event budgets with precision, ensuring maximum value and ROI.
- Negotiate: Build strong vendor relationships to secure the best services and deals.
- Strategize: Align event planning with organizational goals, driving results that matter.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in Event Management (corporate events preferred).
- Education: Higher education degree is a plus!
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to planning and executing every aspect of an event.
- On-Site Presence: Must be able to work on-site in Philadelphia, 5 days a week.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a smaller, close-knit team environment.
