You're comfortable in a client-facing role, and you instill a humble, low-ego, and curious attitude with the team. You've either already lead technical projects or have the goal to get there. You love technology and all of the languages and tools available, but first and foremost you're motivated by what value you can create with those tools rather than the tools themselves.Job DetailsResponsibilitiesWorking daily alongside client teams and providing hands-on technical leadershipWriting high-quality, clear, and maintainable code that is built to lastDefining and focusing on client goals and making pragmatic decisions to achieve themMentoring client teams and leading by example in software development best practicesWe work with a wide variety of technologies that vary from project to project, so the most important skill we look for is the ability to learn quickly. With that said, we also like to see:Proficiency in at least 3-4 common programming languages, with a focus on backend application development (JS/TS, Go, Python, Java, etc.)DevOps/Cloud experience: not required, but the more you understand and can manage the infrastructure your code runs on, the better (Kubernetes, Terraform, ArgoCD, AWS, GCP, etc.)At least 3+ years of relevant work experienceExperience with Agile software development methodologies, focusing on rapid feedback cycles, prototyping, and deliveryInterested in hearing more?
