Allied Consultants, Inc. is an Austin-based firm which has for 33 years been a premier provider of technical and business professionals to clients in Texas. We are currently seeking an experienced Microsoft AI Engineer to be a key resource on a technical services team.

Responsibilities

This resource will help client prepare for implementations of Microsoft Copilot in its various permutations, This Artificial Intelligence Large Learning Model (AI LLM) with significant security, data privacy, and end user interface (UI) impacts. Copilot's security foundation relies on Microsoft Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Microsoft Information Protection (MIP). These integrated solutions offer a unified approach to identify, classify, and protect sensitive information across Microsoft 365 apps, services, and devices. By leveraging sensitivity labels, encryption, and access restrictions, our expert will prevent client users from unauthorized access to NERC/CIP, PII, proprietary and other protected information.

Qualifications

Minimum (Required):

  • 4-7 years of Microsoft Purview – Experience developing and maintaining Data Loss Prevention policies and extending these policies to endpoints.
  • 4- years of Microsoft Defender - Experience monitoring policy effectiveness, investigating incidents, responding to alerts and mitigating risks. Ability to stay informed of emerging threats and adapt defenses, while balancing business needs.
  • 4-7 years of Microsoft Power Platform - Experience developing Power Apps and Power Automate workflows using low-code or no-code solutions. Experience utilizing PowerFX Syntex. Experience creating Canvas apps using Power Apps.

Preferred (Optional):

  • 3 years of PowerShell – Experience utilizing PowerShell to automate tasks
  • 2 years of Python – Experience coding in Python
  • 2 years of JavaScript – Experience coding in JavaScript
